fun or sport
This book is fun and informative. The book keeps the young readers attention all the way to the end. This is one they could and will read in one setting. Yet, the reader will look at the illustrations and awesome photos many times. Great book to include with a water unit. A nice bonus is the glossary in the back.

soon to be classic
My mom, dad and I have read many mystery books in both the hardy boys books and Alfred Hitchcock. But this book is defenitly one of my favorites because of its stuning plot and non-stop suspense! once you pick this book up you can't put it down because your always waiting for the next clue to figuring out who or what is behind the mystery of the stolen treasure while giving Frank and Joe a few close shaves. A soon to be classic for mystery lovers!

A Century of DNA : A History of the Discovery of the Structure and Function of the Genetic Substance
Published in Textbook Binding by MIT Press (February, 1978)
Authors: Franklin H. Portugal and Jack S. Cohen
Average review score:

The Discovery of DNA
I read this book as a part of research on the discovery of DNA. It had more than just good information. The book was written in such a way that it made reading the book interesting. Most books on discoveries tend to be dull. But this book is more like a story, the story of DNA. I would recomend this book to people who are interested in the topic. My favorite part is the foward, it is so true that it is difficult to see the work that led up to major discoveries.

Character Above All: Doris Kearns Goodwin on Franklin D. Roosevelt
Published in Audio Cassette by Simon & Schuster (Audio) (March, 1996)
Authors: Robert A. Wilson and Doris Kearns Goodwin
Average review score:

God bless Doris Kearns Goodwin and God bless America!!
I don't know of anyone who can make me feel more patriotic than Doris Kearns Goodwin. Her admiration for FDR flows from this speech. If you've read her outstanding 'No Ordinary Time' you've heard most of this before, but hearing her praise FDR in this atmosphere will stir your soul. A great speech about a great man. Oh, to have another President like that. No chance...

The chronicles and genealogy of the Jacob Dellinger family of York County, PA
Published in Unknown Binding by D.F. Billet ()
Author: Donald Franklin Billet
Average review score:

A MUST HAVE FOR RESEARCHING GENEOLOGIES!
A unique geneology of the DELLINGER family. It's format is unlike any geneology ever published, and is well worth the price for this feature alone. The first part is a narrative devoted to telling the history of the Dellinger family, their voyage to America, with well-researched and authentic documentation and pictures. The second part is devoted to the lineage of, primarily, the DELLINGER family, as well as the BILLET, BURG, SMITH, and many other family names.

Copies of this book are still available, directly from the authors.
